Industrial Music Crosses Over to Addiction Help In a GOOD way
Industrial rock music has always been darker, more negative, however this has been evolving. There is this really sick recovery music I stumbled across by Matt Soren recently that has a different angle on industrial music. His new CD is a mix of electro-rock and the story of overcoming addiction.
There are some music downloads on his website at www.returnfrombroken.com. It looks like the songs are provisional in lou of mastered mixes. They sound clean to me but that’s just me. It is cool to see more music like this written particularly for addiction recovery in a more enjoyable way from an addict that has been there and is making an impact for others in addiction. Also It’s nice to have this type of rock stemming from the industrial scene which is typically more rebellious in nature. Nice!
By the way, he has free tracks you can get from his url and more in his members area which is free. I also saw discount passes, wallpaper, and other downloads. It will be nice to hear the album once it is finished. Good stuff!
