Michael Murphy Publishes Web Site and Summarizes Goals and Direction
MichaelMurf.com just got published at the direction of Michael Murphy. It is one of several publishing sites that Michael has been involved with developing. At the current time it is a simple web site built on the Wordpress system, with a focus on content over design. It leverages the Thesis theme. Michael also has contributed to the creation of several more complex web sites as well.
Michael Murphy relocated to CA and now calls home Santa Monica by the famed beach. He concentrates in the video business. His main focus at this time is on providing studios and others a tool to create streaming video stores that allows them to get their videos to different screens, including smart phones. Michael also knows about marketing real estate on the internet using social media techniques. He is an expert public speaker.
Michael Murphy received a degree from Notre Dame’s Mendoza Business College - the number one undergraduate business program in the US - as the number 1 student in his undergraduate class in 2004. He also finished an MS in Accountancy from Notre Dame’s Mendoza College, again graduating tops in his class. After college, Michael won a prestigious placement at the Financial Accounting Standards Board for one year. He then relocated to Denver, CO to work in online real estate advertising, where he became a Certified Public Accountant and licensed real estate agent.
Michael enjoys a wide assortment of things. He likes to cycle up mountains on his bicycle, skim across powder on his tele-skis, play his keyboard, and get spiritual. He is an avid traveler, having journeyed to Switzerland, Hawaii, and many other places. In high school, he was an accomplished basketball and tennis athlete, but has now swapped those activities for triathlon and yoga.
