Train like a Navy Seal with TACFIT

September 2nd, 2010

The TACFITCommando program is a bodyweight-only program that may be performed in about almost the same space you might need to lie down in. It only takes a little over 20 minutes to workout, but it’s filled with an intensity and bodyfat melting power many athletes don’t even tap in a complete 60 minutes of training.

TACFIT will also train you several top secret moves used by real life spies on the job. You’ll be able to run, jump and slide like 007 in that crazy beginning scene. You will amaze the ladies just like 007 did when you walk on the secluded beach.

TACFIT Commando is based upon actual regimens Flow Coach Scott Sonnon is using now to train Israels anti-terrorism team, Navy SEALs and the secret service, American special ops personnel, bodyguards to Italy’s Prime Minister, US federal agents, firecrews, policemen and fighters.

For TACFITCommando to get approved by tactical operators, this program had to surpass the following criteria:

Portable - operatives must be capable of training anywhere, at any time.

Efficient - tactical responders are always operational, and so their conditioning needs to be time-compressed to fit into their demanding schedule.

Relevant - the conditioning program has to contribute to, not compete against tactical skills - not simply exercise for exercise sake.

TACFIT Commando was made mobile by eliminating equipment. You can do it in your living room, backyard, gym or hotel room. You can nearly do it while standing in the shower. Commando is efficient since it’s limited to 20 minutes. Anyone can find twenty minutes a few times per week, which means laziness just gave up another excuse.

TACFIT trains you to respond to crisis situations while remaining level-headed and aware. You’ll always keep a cool head when everyone near you is losing theirs. TACFIT is a highly desirable and recommended exercise program.
